Pearl Carroll Receives Gold Award from United Way
Pearl Carroll is excited to be a Gold Award recipient for last year’s United Way Workplace Campaign. Every year our employees contribute to this campaign in support of the United Way of the Greater Capital Region, and every year they seem to give more than the last. In fact, over the last five years company wide contributions total an impressive $141,259.
This past year resulted in $15,754 of employee contributions. That amount was matched by the company, plus an additional $1,000 bonus gift for reaching our companywide participation goal. When all was said and done a grand total of $32,508 was donated to the United Way of the Greater Capital Region.
Gold Award recipients have average employee contributions of $100-$199, and we are proud to say that our average employee contribution was $166. Yet another great year of giving from the People of Pearl Carroll!
