W. Michael Carroll (Mike) founded Pearl Carroll & Associates in partnership with the Pearl Companies of Peoria, Illinois. He currently serves as President and Chief Executive Officer. His 30-year career in the industry has included insurance Program Management, Product Development, Client Relations, and Executive Management.

John Anderson joined PCA as Director of Information Technology in 2004. His 20+ years in Software Development, Corporate IT, and Data Center Management provides a broad range of experience and knowledge to the company. As Assistant Vice President John is responsible for all Information Technology systems and strategic plans for Pearl Carroll & Associates.

Gary Hickey began his insurance career in 1978 with The Travelers Insurance Company. Since then he has served in a variety of operational and sales positions focusing on Administration, Account Management, and Sales and Marketing. Beginning in 2005, Gary has had management responsibility for the PCA Life & Health Program business, now serving as its Senior Vice President and Managing Director.

Elizabeth (Liz) Meyer brings a broad range of increasingly responsible experience to her Human Resource responsibilities at PCA. Since 1988, she has served as a Consultant, Manager, and Director of Human Assets for private, public, and nonprofit organizations. As Assistant Vice President, Liz plays a key role in developing Human Resource strategies in support of the company's mission and goals.

This diverse experience provides a foundation for her current role as Vice President responsible for Client Relations and Marketing.

Scott Devine joined PCA as Director of Business Development in 2007. His 12-year background with The Hartford, The Hanover Insurance Group and Nationwide Insurance has involved him with Product Development, Sales, and Marketing as well as agency relationships and agency acquisitions. His primary role is to identify, evaluate, and pursue relevant opportunities to bring new products to our existing clients, and to grow the client base and the company.

Jim Hoffman has held many sales positions in the insurance industry since 1973. His positions ranged from Association Group Sales to Retirement Counselor. This experience provided a solid understanding of sales techniques and a greater appreciation of the client's needs. His background has proved invaluable in his current position of Regional Sales Director for Upstate New York.

Starting her career in the insurance industry in 1971, Suzanne (Sue) Marotta has had a variety of duties. Beginning in the Claims department working with both Commercial and Personal Lines clients, over the years Sue has expanded her knowledge to Customer Service Specialist and onto Management. Currently she is the Director of Personal Lines Operations for PCA.

Steve Neithardt has been in the insurance industry since 1987. His background includes roles as Insurance Representative and General Agent. This experience, combined with his prior background in the banking industry as a Financial Systems Analyst and Project Director, led to his current role as Regional Sales Director for Downstate New York.

Lenny Ramgulam has been in the insurance industry since 1983. His background as a Customer Service Representative, Inside Sales Agent, Sales Manager, and Account/Client manager provided a solid foundation for his current role as Director of Sales and Administrative Support. Lenny is directly responsible for the Inside Sales and New Business departments, as well as new-hire training in our Life & Health Insurance products.

Michael Reffelt joined PCA in 2005 as Director of Accounting. Dr. Alan Silverman is the Dental Director of the Professional Dental Review Unit. Dr. Silverman is a graduate of the University of Pittsburgh School of Dental Medicine. He has over 36 years experience in dentistry, which includes active continuous dental consulting since 1979. Dr. Silverman is certified by the American Association of Dental Consultants.

Pete Toth started his insurance career in 1980 with the Prudential Insurance Company in the Group Health and Disability Claims areas. Throughout his career, he has worked for several insurance companies with diverse and increasing responsibilities, including Disability Claims, Individual Life Insurance, Billing and Collections, and Customer Relations. Pete is presently the Director of the Claims and Customer Service Departments.

Jacqueline (Jackie) Zeglen has been in the insurance industry since 1987. During this time, she has worked in several areas of the business including New Business, Billing Collection, Manager of Customer Service, Director of Premium Reconciliations, and Personal Lines. Jackie's diverse background has led to her current role as Director of Business Systems, responsible for the Business Analyst Team.
